The focus of these sessions is to give you the tools that you need to empower your journey in
conscious evolution. Guided by the angels, Dr. Ra incorporates numerous techniques from her extensive
training to provide guidance needed for each individual. Homework assignments are given to continue
this process on your own after the session. A minimum of forty days practice of the homework given
is required between sessions. Dr. Ra highly recommends that people keep a daily journal of their
experiences so that they can document the progress they make and the questions that arise as they grow
in increasing consciousness.
